PNG SU Strategy Workshop

It is great to see SALT being accepted as a valuable Scripture Use tool by the academic community, as well as at the grass-roots level. From August 4-20, we conducted a Scripture Use Strategies Workshop in Ukarumpa. Drs. Wayne and Sally Dye came to facilitate the course. Wayne and Sally are SIL International Scripture Use Consultants at the Graduate Institute of Applied Linguistics (GIAL) in Dallas. Mick was asked to help staff the course and to make a presentation on "Scripture Application & Leadership Training." Wayne and Sally are great advocates for SALT; and Sally encouraged every translation team in the Pacific to conduct a SALT course!

This is a short video clip of Wayne, Sally and Mick doing a skit called Blind Man's Bluff at the Scripture Use Strategies Workshop. This was to demonstrate Satan's strategies to kill, steal and destroy.
