Mandara S.A.L.T.

Wycliffe Bible Translators Steven and Holly Hong have spent almost twenty years with the Mandara people of New Ireland, Papua New Guinea. On May 20, 2010, the fruit of their years of labor was realized with the dedication of the Mandara New Testament in the Mandara language. The Mandara Bible Translators then hosted a S.A.L.T. course with thirty-seven pastors and church leaders graduating from the course on July 19th. Please pray that the over 4,000 Mandara speakers continue to use their vernaular New Testaments to the glory of God!
